These terms govern the supply of SEO services by PeakRanks to our clients. By engaging our services or using our website you agree to these terms.
PeakRanks provides local SEO services to UK trades businesses, including local SEO audits and monthly scorecard optimisation. Our website is peakranks.co.uk.
Audit services are payable in advance before work begins. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. We reserve the right to pause work if payment is not received.
We agree to carry out our services with reasonable skill and care. We will provide honest, factual reporting of your rankings and the work we complete. We do not guarantee specific rankings or positions in search results, as these depend on factors outside our control.
You agree to provide access to the information and accounts reasonably needed for us to do our work, and to make any agreed changes to your Google Business Profile or website in a timely way.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. On the one-off audit, because work starts immediately, no refund is due once the work has begun.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of income or profits.
Any reports, documents or deliverables we produce remain our intellectual property until payment is complete, after which you may use them for your own business.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
